As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced IT Recruiter  with a strong staffing background to help us build high-performing tech teams and drive our next phase of growth.

This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven recruiter or agency partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, interviewing, and placing both contract and full-time IT professionals. We’re seeking someone with determination, grit, and a proven ability to go the extra mile to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates.
  • Source and engage passive candidates through multiple online platforms while maintaining a robust IT talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Achieve hiring goals within tight timelines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Keep accurate recruitment reports and maintain candidate databases.

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Experience placing both contract and full-time technical professionals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in a sales-driven or high-volume recruitment setting.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
