As an AI Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of AI projects while also guiding and facilitating Agile processes within the team. Your expertise in AI, project management, and Scrum methodologies will be crucial in delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, including AI researchers, data scientists, and developers.
  • Act as the Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching team members.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate communication between team members, clients, and external partners.
  • Manage project risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Prepare and deliver project reports, status updates, and presentations.
  • Stay current with AI trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative project team culture.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on AI projects.
  • Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile development teams.
  • Nice to have PMP, CSM or equivalent Agile certification.
