We are actively looking for an IT Recruiter with a staffing agency background to work with us. This individual will have the opportunity to help shape the direction of the company and be a key contributor for its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for placing both contract and full-time resources with us


  • Manage all recruitment: from sourcing, drafting, negotiating, interviewing candidates, evaluating resumes, placing candidates with our clients.
  • Source and contact passive candidates online and pipelining potential IT candidates

Required Qualifications:

  • IT Recruitment experience is mandatory.
  • Post-secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration.
  • Proven ability to work in a sales and or a high volume environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills to successfully interface with clients and candidates.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities.
  • Able to learn and follow proven standards and processes, with a focus on negotiation.
  • Has determination, grit and a proven ability to go the extra mile.
