Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager & Product Owner. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of projects while also driving product vision and strategy in alignment with client needs and business objectives.



Project Management / Delivery Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.

Product Ownership:

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy based on market analysis, client feedback, and business goals.
  • Prioritize features and user stories based on value, feasibility, and market demand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to enhance user experience and meet client objectives.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring alignment between product development and client expectations.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to foster collaboration and alignment.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communication channels to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Solicit feedback, address issues, and manage change requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Negotiate and manage expectations to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive process improvements and best practices within project management, delivery management, and product ownership domains.


  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned, successes, and areas for improvement.


  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform strategic decisions and enhance product value.


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 


  • Proven experience (7+ years) in project management, delivery management, and product ownership roles within the software development industry. 
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with certification (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello etc) and product management tools.
  • Experience working with remote teams and offshore development partners is a plus.
