Hub International managed their insurance vendors’ portal credentials using a combination of Excel spread sheets and Outlook inbox. This took a large amount of effort to maintain this spreadsheet and took significant time to search for user info in Outlook inbox.
Solution
There was a partially built internal tool created by Hub International that we built on top of. Working from their repos and servers, we collaborated with their dev team to implement a user management system for their current and future Brokers at Hub International.
Impact
The outcome was a simple user-friendly user management system that reduced the amount of work required to input / modify portal credentials by repleading their Excel and Outlook workflow.
