Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and customizing WordPress websites, as well as leveraging your skills in Shopify and Magento integration.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to our clients’ online success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with design and UX teams to implement responsive and user-friendly designs.
  • Create and modify WordPress themes and templates, utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Develop custom plugins and functionality to extend WordPress core features.
  • Integrate WordPress with third-party platforms, including Shopify and Magento.
  • Perform website optimization, including improving site speed, performance, and SEO.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement project requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of WordPress sites to ensure a flawless user experience.
  • Assist in the deployment and hosting of WordPress websites.
  • Stay updated on WordPress and web development trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional web development experience, with a focus on WordPress.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
  • Strong experience in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Magento platforms, and the ability to integrate them with WordPress.
  • Knowledge of website deployment and hosting processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
