We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automated Tester to join our dynamic team. As a QA Automated Tester, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. Responsibilities
- Conduct Mobile and Web Testing using automated tests to ensure the highest quality of our software applications.
- Thoroughly review functional and design specifications to ensure a comprehensive understanding of individual deliverables.
- Perform back-end database testing in MySQL environments, including validation of stored data, procedures, triggers, and jobs.
- Analyze test requirements from specifications, create mappings for test case requirements, and design a comprehensive test coverage plan.
- Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases, as well as other essential test artifacts such as test data, data validation scripts, harness scripts, and automated test scripts.
- Execute and assess both manual and automated test cases, providing detailed test results and reports.
- Adhere to the company’s QA standards and consistently deliver daily progress updates on test execution. Provide technical reports on testing activities as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA Automated Testing, with a preference for candidates who possess insurance system knowledge.
- Proficiency in Mobile and Web Testing, utilizing automated testing methodologies.
- Intermediate-level understanding of the software development life cycle, testing strategies, testing tools, and QA methodologies.
- Previous experience in working with and testing web services, including REST, SOAP, and JSON.
- Experience with performance testing is considered an asset
