Dental AI — detecting and diagnosing oral health issues
A research client needed to prove that AI could detect and diagnose dental disease, starting from a proof-of-concept prototype. 247 Labs handled the full architecture, design, and development of an AI dental platform that could detect and diagnose dental problems. Can 247 Labs guarantee government funding for my project?
No. Eligibility, funding amounts, application outcomes, and claim acceptance are determined by the relevant program administrators and depend on your organization, project, timing, and documentation. We help you build with a stronger process, not a promise of approval.
What Canadian programs might apply to a software or AI build?
Depending on the project, teams commonly explore pathways such as SR&ED tax incentives, NRC IRAP support, regional innovation programs, and AI-related initiatives. Each program has different objectives, eligibility requirements, timing, and forms of assistance. We will help identify the right questions to take to your qualified advisors.
Does all software development qualify for SR&ED?
No. Routine implementation, standard configuration, and ordinary commercial work may not qualify.
