To keep serving that market as it grew, Edge Benefits needed a digital platform as flexible as the plans themselves: configurable by the back office, usable by advisors in the field, bilingual for its customer base, and scalable enough to grow with the company. 247 Labs was engaged to build it.

For the field, the system supports quotations and enrollments handled directly by advisors and sales teams, with full bilingual functionality serving both language communities. The entire platform was built mobile-responsive, so every user type can work on the go.
