Elevate Ultimate needed a digital solution that would help Ultimate Frisbee coaches streamline training and give young athletes reliable access to resources and drills. Training knowledge lived with individual coaches, and there was no consistent way to distribute drill sets, share plans, or track how athletes were progressing between sessions.

The core challenge was usability: building a platform intuitive enough that coaches would actually adopt it in the middle of busy training schedules, and engaging enough that young athletes would keep coming back.
