Overview
My Artemis ran its business across two separate systems: a user portal on Salesforce and an online store on Shopify. Each worked on its own — but together they were becoming harder to manage, harder to scale, and harder for users to love.
247 Labs was engaged for a complete platform overhaul: migrate both systems onto one custom WordPress and WooCommerce foundation, without losing user data, and come out the other side faster, more scalable, and easier to run.
The Challenge
Two migrations, one project. My Artemis needed its user portal moved from Salesforce to WordPress and its online store converted from Shopify to WooCommerce — a complete platform overhaul touching every user and every product.
The bar was high: improve scalability, enhance the user experience, and streamline management across systems that had grown apart. And because live user data and a live store were involved, the migration had to be seamless — no lost accounts, no broken catalog, no downtime users would feel.
The Solution
247 Labs developed a custom WordPress platform with WooCommerce integrated for e-commerce. We migrated user data, optimized site performance, and ensured seamless product management across the unified system.
The platform was designed for easy content updates, giving My Artemis full control over its user portal and store from a single place. WooCommerce brought flexible payment solutions and improved product categorization — turning two disconnected systems into one platform the team could actually manage day to day.
