Overview

247 Labs restructured MyRogers into one web and mobile experience customers touch every day

When one of Canada’s largest telecom brands restructures its customer-facing app, the stakes are enormous: millions of account interactions, complex back-end systems, and zero tolerance for downtime. 247 Labs worked on the restructuring of the MyRogers digital experience — delivering a rebuilt web and mobile solution, deeply integrated with Rogers’ enterprise systems, that streamlined internal operations while improving the experience customers rely on to manage their accounts.

The Challenge

Six third-party systems had to work as one behind an app judged in seconds

This was integration-heavy enterprise work. The project required connecting the restructured app with a stack of third-party systems: ERP, TeamSite, Adobe Tag Manager, a payment gateway, Google Analytics, and Optimizely. Each integration carried its own data contracts, authentication, and failure modes — and all of them had to work together seamlessly behind an app experience that customers would judge in seconds. Any gap would surface immediately across millions of daily account interactions.

The Solution

A coherent architecture delivered web and native mobile on Android and iOS

The final solution delivered both web and mobile versions of the restructured experience, with native support for Android and iOS. Every required third-party integration — from ERP and TeamSite to the payment gateway, Adobe Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Optimizely — was wired into a coherent architecture. Customers got a cleaner, faster app; Rogers got an experience layer its analytics and experimentation tools could finally see into. The app now serves customers as their day-to-day account management tool, available on the Google Play store.

Areas of Impact

Commerce, content, analytics, and experimentation now run through one restructured app

  • Enterprise integration. Six third-party systems — ERP, TeamSite, Adobe Tag Manager, payment gateway, Google Analytics, and Optimizely — connected into one solution.
  • Cross-platform reach. Web and mobile versions supporting both Android and iOS from a single restructured experience.
  • Operational efficiency. Several of Rogers' internal operations streamlined by the new solution, with silos across commerce, content, analytics, and experimentation unified.
  • Customer experience. A cleaner, faster user experience across every touchpoint, live on the Google Play store for day-to-day account management.
