Skyline engaged 247 Labs to close that gap with a scalable mobile app for real-time property location and tracking — putting the entire portfolio, with live status, into the hands of the people managing it, wherever they happened to be working.

Interactive maps let users see the portfolio geographically and drill into any location, while a property dashboard consolidates status updates and key information into one view — replacing the reporting lag with live data. With data synchronization across devices, every user works from the same current picture: property information and status updates are instantly accessible whether someone is at a desk or on site.
