The 247 Labs team were great to work with! We set a pretty tight deadline and the items we discussed were completed on time. We had weekly meetings to discuss the next step, as well as chat, which was available to use whenever we needed some help on the site. They also keep a detailed task/budget tracker to make sure we were on the same page the whole time. I would recommend working with them!

They are fast at taking care of bugs or issues when there is a website emergency. We have a vast website and they are great at handling all of our plugins (with customizations) and shopping cart to make sure business runs smoothly.
